The COMCELL SCA is manufactured and assembled from accurately fabricated components which ensure uniformity and interchangeability. It is possible to change the size of a cell while the board is operational, without drilling or wielding, as all necessary openings and holes are provided.
The construction of COMCELL SCA is of a modular design totally enclosed, free standing unit. The cubicle parts, doors, covers are formed from the finest quality 2mm sheet steel, and when all sections are joined they form a very rigid structure and uniform appearance. The cell venting system acts as a relief in the event of a possible arcing fault. Gases are dissipated through the side of the cell up the chimney and through the safety vents at the top of each section.
The Modular doors are lift off, opening on robust concealed hinges. all doors are constructed from the finest sheet steel having a neoprene seal along all edges. The COMCELL SCA is available in three assemblies; single fronted front connection, back to back, or rear connected. The assembly is mounted on a 75 x 38 mm base frame, painted black. The plinth is provided with bolting down holes plus facilities for lifting the SCA by overhead crane.

The COMCELL SCA has a very aesthetic appeal and enhanced with blending of various finishes as requested.
To Improve the final finish of the COMCELL SCA, all metal surfaces go through a quality pre-treatment procedure followed by the final power coating colour to give an attractive and durable finish.
The standard finish is Light Grey (RAL 7032) semi-textured in powder coat for all exterior areas, including the internal of all doors. All other internal areas including the cell drawers are white. Other colour selections are available as an optional extra.
